Inafa’ Maolek founder Pat Wolff has resided on Guam since
1976.
Since 1983 he has trained most of Guam’s mediators, has mediated
over 150 cases pro-bono, and has authored numerous published articles
about restorative justice and conflict resolution. Married for 31
years to Vivian Espaldon Wolff, they are the proud parents of 3
sons (Ken, Matt, Patrick) all of whom have been peer mediators and
part of the Inafa’ Maolek Peace Theatre. Pat has a bachelors
and 2 masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and a
law (J.D.) degree from Temple University. Pat has served on the
editorial board for Conflict Resolution Quarterly, has represented
Guam at a United Nations Conference on Conflict resolution education,
has conducted mediation trainings in neighboring islands (Kosrae,
Pohnpei) of Micronesia, and presented at National Conferences (NCPCR,
ACR). Pat has served on the Guam Supreme Court’s ADR Committee.
He is also an honorary member of the NJ ADR Inn of Court. He has
been a member of many national and international mediation organizations.
